Fat Rank Review – An Awesome Chrome Extension

In this post I am going to share my personal review on Fat Rank. This is a tiny Google chrome extension to check keywords rankings in Google. It’s free to use and it’s most accurate.

Why I use Fat Rank?

I have had experiences with Cuterank and Accurate monitor for search engines by cleverstat. Both are (or I should say “were”) great keyword rank tracker software. However, their developers are gone or there is no developers left in their team and they stopped upgrading these awesome software! I just don’t understand why people vanish after they built something great? What’s wrong with these people? First they invent something great and when they get enough profit from the invention, they disappear and ultimately their great creation fails.

Anyway as my keyword rank checker tools were not working, I was looking for alternatives. I have found several paid, online keyword rank checker tools but I just want to have desktop version instead of online version. Moreover, I was looking for a one time payment software, not like recurring model type.

However, I have found several free, online rank checker websites but none of them provide accurate information! Finally I have found Fat Rank and installed it and so far I am happy with this free software.

Another advantage is, there is very low chance that your IP will be blacklisted by Google! I have checked 20-30 keywords without a pause and it worked fine. I then pause the checking for like 2-5 minutes and again I check 20-30 keywords without any issue.

Important things to note about Fat Rank

If you select United States, Australia, Canada or UK Google search engines, you will get 100% accurate results. It’s because primary language is by default “English” for these search engines. But when you select Saudi Arabia, Egypt or Bangladesh as search engines, you might not get accurate results. Some people say this tool doesn’t work at all! But I am telling you Fat Rank is the most accurate keyword rank checker tool I have ever used. Please check the video to learn how to get 100% accurate results from Fat Rank 🙂

Disadvantages of Fat Rank

1. You can check only one keyword at a time.

2. If you click outside of the Fat Rank box, your ranking session will be gone though you are on the same tab. You need to recheck your keyword ranking.

Don’t waste your time checking your keywords ranking in websites that offer free keyword rank checking service. They are crap. Just install this Fat Rank tool and you will love it.
